THAT SETS US APART

INITIAL MEETING

» Discuss the project size, scope, scale, & client’s wants & needs
» Review client’s sketches, plans, photos & lot details
» Visit & study client’s lot for suitability, setbacks, views, grading, constraints, etc.
» Discuss exterior styling, finishes, materials, windows, doors, features, etc.
» Align timeline & fee schedule
Work orders/contracts are signed. First deposit is made at this time.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN

» We develop the preliminary floor plans depicting the layout, size, features, window & door locations and sizes, etc.
» The drawings are shared with the client for review and comments
» Regular meetings (physical or teleconferences) are held to discuss the comments and revisions
» To be effective, a detailed description of any requested revisions and clearly marked up drawings can be scanned and sent to us in advance
Preliminary designs are approved for drawing. Second deposit is made at this time. 

WORKING DRAWING

» Working drawings are created and submitted to client for final review
» Clients are asked to carefully review the drawings
» Minor (non-structural) changes can be made at no additional cost
» Major (as well as structural) changes will be subject to additional fees
The drawings are approved to be released for construction.

FINAL DELIVERABLES

» Hard copies and PDF files with the complete plans will be delivered or dispersed to clients
» Final payment of the balance is to be made at this time
» No plans are released until all payments are made in full
Our agreement is now concluded, and you’re ready to build your dream home. We’ll always be happy to assist you in any future queries regarding the plan.
